Shipping policy

We ship to US addresses.

Most products ship from our supplier's overseas warehouse. Typical timing: 1–3 business days to process, then 5–11 business days in transit — about 7–14 business days total. Some items (marked on the product page) ship from a US warehouse and usually arrive in 3–8 days.

Shipping cost: free on orders of $50 or more; $5.99 flat rate under $50.

Tracking: you'll get a tracking link by email once the order ships. Items in one order can ship separately and arrive on different days.

We can't promise delivery by a specific date, including holidays. Order early for gifts.

If a package shows delivered but you don't have it, check with neighbors and your carrier first, then email us within 7 days and we'll help.
