How long does shipping take?

Most items 7–14 business days; US-warehouse items 3–8 days. Each product page says which.

Where do you ship from?

Most orders ship from our supplier's warehouse overseas; a few from the US.

Do you ship outside the US?

Not yet.

How do I pick a coat size?

Measure back length (collar to tail base) and chest at the widest point, then use the chart on the product page. Between sizes, go up one. Email us the numbers and we'll help.

What if it doesn't fit?

Unused coats can be returned within 30 days (you cover return shipping), or email us before ordering for sizing help.

Where are you based?

Los Angeles, California.

Can I track my order?

Yes, a tracking link comes by email when it ships.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Send a photo within 30 days and we'll replace or refund it.
