Refund policy

30-day returns. If something isn't right, email us within 30 days of delivery.

Defective, damaged or wrong item: send us a photo and we'll replace it or refund you in full, including shipping. You don't need to ship it back.

Changed your mind or wrong size: we'll refund the item price once it's back with us, unused and in its packaging. You cover return shipping. Original shipping isn't refunded.

Sizing exchanges: email us your dog's measurements before you order and we'll help you pick, so you don't have to return anything.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we approve the return.

Not returnable: items that have been used or washed, and grooming tools that have been used (for hygiene).
